A Georgian inspired 9ct yellow gold vintage opal, garnet, ruby and diamond hand ring dating from 1973. The head of the ring styled as an 19th century textured gloved hand with a diamond set ring to the wedding finger and the cuff detailed with an opal and ruby terminating in a cabochon garnet. A really unique vintage ring in excellent condition.
