A stylish pair of vintage 18ct yellow and white gold drop earrings comprising two lozenge shape engraved jade panels connected by three round brilliant stones. The panels are carved with Mandarin 玉坠 (Yu Zhui in Pinyin) which translates quite literally to 'jade earrings'. With an estimated 0.30ct of diamonds, the stones are tube set across both earrings. The fittings for these earrings have large, yellow gold butterfly backs for extra security. Masterfully hand crafted in the 1970s these pre-loved earrings are very elegant. With good articulation when worn these delightful dangling earrings would suit either day or evening wear.
