A 19th Century 18ct gold diamond and enamelled yellow metal mourning brooch, the front bearing a forget-me-not of eight rose-cut diamonds held in silver setting on a black enamel ground. The edge of the brooch is beautifully held within a frame of scrolled cursive boarder To the reverse s small woven locket compartment. Perfect worn as a brooch as intended or for a pendant or chain extender.
