A stunning pair of Victorian 18ct gold rose cut diamond and enamel earrings, using a single rose cut diamond (estimated 0.07ct) in each earring with a star motif decoration formed of royal blue enamel. These immaculate antique earrings are completed by a fine rope border which surrounds the teardrop centre and were made around 1870. The 18ct gold has a lovely buttery hue with a satin finish and has picked up a delightful aged patina. The hook wires with a ball detail are all original and in superb condition for the age. These truly are a rare and wonderful pair of antique jewellery to own and effortless delight to wear.
