A very pretty 18ct yellow gold deep blue cabochon sapphire heart pendant affixed to a luscious strand of cultured pearls interspersed with solid gold beads. Surrounding the sapphire heart are fifteen brilliant cut diamonds, approximately 0.25ct in total. This piece has a barrel snap and attached safety chain, all in 18ct gold and would make for a wonderful gift.
