A super, original platinum and 18ct white gold sapphire and diamond ring from the Art Deco period, circa 1925. With a typical geometric design redolent of this era the bright diamonds used are a combination of various cuts. With an estimated total diamond carat weight of 1.00ct, using Old Mine cut and Old European cut stones they are millegrain set into this plaque design. Both deep blue sapphires are also faceted cut totalling 0.40ct. The shank of the ring is 18ct gold and the head is platinum. A lovely example of an original 1920's ring.
