A beautiful pair of Art Deco 14ct yellow gold and celadon jade drop pendant earrings dating from circa 1940. Each drop is suspended from a prong set, polished circular piece of jade connected to a shepherd crook fitting. The larger pear shaped teardrop formed of a single cabochon stone is set in a flowerhead claw setting to completes these delightful Art Deco jade drop earrings.

MATERIALS - 14ct gold/ jade

 

HALLMARK - Unmarked, tested throughout as 14ct gold using a touchstone. 

 

WEIGHT - 7g

 

CONDITION - Very good, surface scratches and wear commensurate with age. The jade is untested for its origin but is natural and untracked or chipped. The earrings have hooks for pierced ears.
